Slowly, hand in hand,
Suddenly I'm shaken off,
This isn't how I planned,
Hugging in the hall,
I'm falling deep and fast,
But suddenly I'm having doubts,
Will we really last?
Kissing, I feel safe,
But then you walk away,
Now I feel I've lost my place,
I have no place to stay,
Touching intimately,
I feel like we are true,
Then you seem to act strange,
What am I to do?
Holding on to you close,
Forever I want us to be,
Lately I've felt different,
Should I let you fly and see?
Giving all I can,
Backing off and coming in close,
Do you feel how I feel for you?
You're the man I love the most!
Saying that you love me,
And want to marry me someday,
But now I'm not so sure,
Do you really feel that way?
Saying that you do,
Doesn't really work,
I hear you say the words,
But inside I'm going berserk,
Trusting in you,
I seriously do I swear,
But saying that you love me,
It doesn't SHOW me that you care,
Believing in what you say,
Is blind but it's what I have done,
But waking up from my dream,
I have seen that I am one,
You and me aren't an "us",
No matter what I think,
Maybe we will get there,
But right now you might need to rethink.
