Tall waves of blue
Tiny grains of sand
Both surrounding my body at once
The peaceful rock of the waves against my feet
Back and fourth
Back and fourth it comes
Splashing at my legs
Cleansing me
The moist sand cradles my body
As a mother does to it newborn babe
The sounds of the waves carry me away
To a far off place
Deep within the heart of the ocean
Further and further down I go
Until I cannot see the light of the sun any more
All I see is dark
Surrounding me and swallowing me whole
I try to swim to the surface
But I cannot find the comforting rays of the sun
Cold and Alone fill my body and I start to cry
The taste of my own salty tears
Is the only thing that wakes me
To the sight of your beautiful smile
