Last night I dreamed of your sweet face
It took me to a sad,memory filled place
So many moments I've tried to let go
Hurt by the feelings your lacking to show
You say its over, were finally through
All these tears I shed are because of you
Some how in this world I found the one
The man I wanted to grow old with, memories of fun
But he let me go, no longer wanting me around
This breaks my heart, tears fill my eyes as I hit the ground
Your letting go,you no longer need me here
So I'll say goodbye and embrace this fear
I remember the nights I lay there by your side
And now they are just memories I'm forced to hide
I've spent my days praying that you'd realize
That you'd take me in your arms, please hear my cries
I've never before been in love, I was afraid from the start
That I'd love you so much it would end up taring me apart
And I was right, I should have known
I was blinded by all the affection you once had shown
I can feel your lips , my life is such a mess
Someone take me out of here, lift this pain from my chest
I cant seem to stop these tears, they feel my eyes each day
Speechless by the pain, left here with nothing to say
I'd beg for a chance to show you I can be what you need
My soul is a empty shell, my heart will start to bleed
I don't know what to do, I'm so lost without your love
I'm now cursed with sadness, I pray to the lord above
I guess I was wrong, but I do want you to always know
I will always love you, where ever I go, above or below
Tell me I'll be OK, tell me it will all go away
Say you no longer love me, I'm now lost in the days
I cant take this pain it feels me with sorrow
I thought I had your heart for good, turns out it was just borrowed
But I'll give it back attached with the scars of loving me
Someday I hope you get that smile back on your face,happy you'll be
I feel as if I'm dieing everything is so wrong
But I will try to hold on, for you I will be strong
I'll love you forever this I know is true.
Because my happiest memories I have, are all about you.
