Things seemed so easy,
Loving you was only fun,
Hoping things would be well,
As these new things begun.
I felt complete just seeing you,
And knowing you made me smile,
Everything was so perfect,
But now we're separated for awhile.
I feel so lost, I feel so hurt,
My hands begin to shake,
My eyes are blurry, my mind is shattered,
My heart is starting to ache.
It seemed to be just a crush,
But as soon as that was taken,
My life fell to loves power,
I guess the strength was mistaken.
I love you more than anyone can tell,
More than I ever knew,
I close my eyes to go to sleep,
But all I can think of is you.
I was so happy having a crush,
But it took separation to see,
That I actually love you,
And how perfect you are for me.
