It started out something so small,
And grew into a love so deep,
From the first moment I saw you,
To the last time we did meet,
A kiss that seemed to last all times,
Through darkened ages you were there,
The comfort and support you gave,
Showing me how much you once did care,
That one time was prolonged,
For ten more months down the track,
Now as you kiss me history repeats,
To your arms I wish I could go back,
To be closer is something of a dream,
The past weeks have embedded,
A thought taken from a memory,
The 3 words you so often said,
Countless hours we spent together,
Simply talking hand in hand,
You would always listen,
Even if you didn't understand,
Now as we start to relive the past,
A second chance is what this might be,
An eternity brought from ancient times,
A picture of you and me.
