They say opposites attract
For these two, it was so true
They were meant for each other
And everyone knew
They went through high school
Right by each others side
The reason they were in love
Was because their love was their guide
Five years later, they graduated from college
He wanted to propose to her
He picked a beautiful ring
Diamonds or gold? Which would she prefer?
Ten months later it was the wedding day
Hundreds of people, tons of smiles
Everyone was excited
Especially when Emily walked down the isle
The honeymoon couldn't be better
The 2 of them were so happy together
They wouldn't give up anything
They will be together forever
One month later
Emily came running into the room
"I'm pregnant! I'm pregnant!"
"We need to make a nursery soon" said Chris
Nine months later,
It was the very special day
A beautiful baby girl
So much her father, she did portray
Little Allie was adorable
But something was not right
Emily wasn't breathing
No body thought tonight would be her night
Chris screamed for doctors to help
But, it was too late
Nothing would change this
It was jus Emily's fate
At the funeral
Chris cried and cried
He would do anything to bring Emily back
All he wanted to do was try.
He wanted to die to be with her
Some days he'd forget he had something
Something so special
A daughter to sing
Allie would never know her father
And he knew that if he died
He knew he'd have to stay
The endless love would be their guide
Allie grew up without a mother
It was difficult, but she made it
She met a beautiful man
The 2 were hitched
Years past by, and Chris was aging
Allie was going to marry
Emily watched from the sky
Allie needed a mother, this time in life is so scary
The wedding day came
Chris was so happy for his daughter
The wedding was elegant
Even all the water
During the ceremony something went wrong
Chris wasn't breathing at all
Allie went over to see if he was alright
Endless love lives on she recalled
A horrible day to die
But a beautiful day to fly
Allie knew he was finally happy
All she could do was say "goodbye"
Ironically no one cried
No one was sad
Everyone knew how much he suffered
Just to be Allie's dad
Thank god the pain was over
Chris needed to go
Underneath it all, Allie was hurt
She wouldn't let it show though
Up above, Emily and Chris were reunited
They hugged for hours
Embraced each other very much
And kisses were gave in showers and showers
Finally, they were together
Where they will be forever
