And our hearts begins to beat,
and our souls begin to meet.
And the speed begins to increase,
and we bring it all to a cease.
The first time we caught eye,
we felt this feeling we couldn't describe.
We grew closer together each day,
when you said "I've got something to say."
Thats when you said "i think I'm in love"
"when i look in your eyes i can fly like a dove"
You said" will you be mine"
"and never leave" as the sun began to shine.
I said" of course, nothings in my way"
"we can be happy"(what else could i say)
The years past, we where one
as we sat smiling under the sun
You looked in my eyes
and in deep surprise
You said "would you marry me?"
those words i heard i could not believe.
A year later the day began
we arrive at the church hand in hand
As we walk in the room people cheer
raising their glasses say "here here"
I walk the aisle, in my father's hand
people watch, as i approach the stand
He says the words, that make it real
we say "I do" and it's time to deal
We say the words that we wrote
and then we take note
And that day we became one
the special moment has come
We take the kiss as we smile
(knowing this kiss will last a while)
More years past and new lives are born
People die and we morn
Now we are old and look back on the times
when we smile and laughed as the sun shines
We glance into each others eyes for the last time
as the spark remains which now leaves my mind
As we lay to rest, we look to the past
an now we know that loves can last
These last moments are bodies are alive
we can say we lived good lives
we know are souls will keep on together
and that they have loved forever
And are hearts stop the beat
and the souls that meet
We know the love won't stop
although are minds will plop
Goodbye we say to one another
we will soon meet each other
In our new home of love
we watch the flying dove
we close are eyes
Forever.........
