OK, before you read this, its confusing, this poem is about me and my boyfriend Blake and how we love each other so much but then he does something that kills me inside...but we always pick up the pieces and make our love last.
Not long ago you picked me up
off the ground,
but here i am again with you smashing me back down.
my mind and body is paralyzed.
for heres the reason for my uselessness.
I'm just something to show,
a lie,
a symbol of another person,
someone more important then me.
so here I'll be
swimming in this pool of blood,
waiting for you to come and pick me up again.
and for the numbness to fade away
and i know this pain is fading,
but its going slowly.
you've told me you loved me
making my heart race.
but now i don't know if thats the case.
All the lies you've told,
puts me in my own grave.
loving you was the best thing in my life.
But we're picking up the pieces and moving on with our strife...
Together.
