I'm looking through a window,
i'm walking into a room,
I'm wrapped in a cloak of darkness
surrounded by all this gloom,
this room is so cold,
the smell of fear so strong,
i feel the hate and anger,
the pain that feels so wrong
i feel i'm chained to the floor
i can't move or run away
i don't know who i am
nor the time, month or day,
i hear a sigh
a whisper,
from what i'm not so sure,
slow and heavy footsteps,
echo across the floor.
red eyes slowly open
full of empty hate,
swallowed up be sorrow,
for them it's to late
theyre no longer looking at me
straight through me they stare
at something i feel but can't see,
something that isn't there
the room is getting smaller
so i fall down to the floor
the walls are closing in o n me
just like before
no longer blinded by darkness
now i'm blinded by tears
as the warmth fills my body
and the room disappears
i'm running fron reality
hope is just an illusion
trapped in a neverending circle
of betrayal and confusion
i'm a song that misses emotion
a winding road with no end
a locked door without a key
i'm a child who can't pretend
there only one thing that keeps me going
fills me back up with hope,
when those red eyes come to get me,
ill run into your arms where i can cope,
when the walls start closing in on me,
and i fall down to the floor,
youre be there to pick me up again and make me fight even more,
ill love you till the end,
till the day i die,
till the last time my eyes close,
and in my grave i lie,
as my skin fades to white,
and my lips slowly turn blue,
my heart will no longer beat but ill still love you,
when tears fall from your eyes and youre lost in despair
youll feel my soft touch because ill be catching every tear,
when nothing comes easy and the will just isnt there
ill be solving all your problems,
answering every prayer,
if you was to walk back out my life,
my world would be torn in two,
id be trapped in The Room forever because my safety is you,
so if i die tomorrow,
tonight or even today,
you wont see me there next to you,
but ill be there anyway,
these feelings overwhelme me,
now ive lost all control,
your name has been engraved on my soul,
im not trapped anymore,
because i have your love inside me,
i now believe in angels,
