An ecstasy addiction, utterly obsessed,
People find that they own the world,
A world consisted of one person,
The person, who's their precious pearl.
Time flies by as needn't care about the rest,
A content uplifting high, all loss of common sense,
they're your euphoria,
Intertwined together, a loss of your defence.
When apart you lose all strength,
Craving intense addiction to their presence
You miss them when they're gone,
Loss of function - the need for their essence.
And if they love and leave you too,
Devastation may arise upon the darkened skies,
Some may contemplate suicide,
Whilst others wallow in a whirlpool of 'why's?'
An ecstasy addiction, utterly obsessed,
High off substances and the need of them there,
A person can be more addictive than drugs,
Can even kill you faster, when they don't even care.
