Its like you need a road map to find directions to my mind
theres no way you can find it on your own, a little help is needed along the way
there arent any road marks or signs to guide
you just have to go blindly, stretching the barriers of your faith
trust me darling, im no easy girl to read
my actions' may not always be right
just try and understand my twisting and turning lead
and maybe you'll find some solid ground by night
theres only sincerity and honesty in all my actions
i never intend to bring any harm
i may be minutely insane by a fraction
but i make up for it with my adorable charm
in all seriousness i guess what im trying to say
is just bare with me and all my wild antics
accept all my naive girlish ways
and attempts at being a hopeless romantic
whenever you get frustrated or angry or upset
remember my intentions were always good
and i wasnt quite blessed with alot of common sense
and i hate it when things are missunderstood
but its just the way i am, you can take it or leave it
God made me the way he'd always planned
although sometimes i cant quite concieve it
and why he made me the way i am
but i'll trust God's judgement in how he made me
and hope that you do too
but i know you'll always try and see me for me
and what makes me do the things i do
Sometimes i might do something that totally blows your mind
because of the magnitude of its craziness
all you have to do is just nod your head and smile
and give me a whole hearted loving kiss
oh, just toss away that stupid road map
that might lead you to the answers in my mind
maybe its best you never understand
the excitement of not knowing will do just fine.
