How do I say to Thee God?
They are Your greatest gifts ever;
Prepared or unprepared,
They try with all their might
To raise and create us into good upbringings,
Yet we don't appreciate them as much;
Each day in our youth's period,
We broke their hearts....
With our sharp tongue,
We made them shed tears;
With our misbehaves and constant opposition toward them,
We've contributed to all the failure feelings they had;
For we did not think of their Greater love for us
Which is beyond the love for themselves.
And when we are adults
And it's time for us to leave them,
Our biggest regret so sudden appears
That we haven't given them enough,
At times not even half of their contribution to us
Since all we thought of was us and us alone;
Then we try to recall
Those precious times we had shared,
And in doing so, we understand how times now swift so fast.
What do I say to Thee God?
Pray for their health, happiness and peaceful life??
But how do I show my sorry to them God?
How do I express my longing to be with them?
How do I say I love them so much?
And that now I can say ...
I love them more than I love myself.
