I called to wish you happy b-day,
then suddenly felt sad because you never picked up the phone;
then i called your friend to wish happy new year,
i realized then that you picked up when she called.
i felt sad and mad at the same time,
i didn't know what to do;
please tell me you love me,
or just ignore instead of hurting me more.
i knew you guys were best friends,
but i also thought you loved me more;
i know i'm overreacting,
but i just can't help it.
the minute i heard your voice the next morning,
i burst out crying;
i told you everything,
still i didn't feel good.
we talked for a while,
when i realized i was feeling better;
you told me you loved us both,
that both us were important.
everything was ok after that,
i felt a lot better;
i still feel bad about the way i acted,
but now know not to make the same mistake again.
this is not something that happened to me, but to someone i really care about. hope you guys will leave a comment.
