It's funny how,
That today I was listening to a song,
and I was reminded of you,
and I instantly remembered ny feelings for you.
I remembered when we held each others hands,
and the way my heart went crazy,
I only wish I'd taken it a steop further when I had the chance.
I so badly wanted to kiss you,
and I was stupid for not doing it,
I still feel a slight pang for you,
And it won't go away.
I guess its because I haven't spoken to you in so long,
and when we do we fight,
Did you really know how much I cared for you?
Or was I a fool for trying?
You wouldn't believe how many times I've tried to bring us back together,
And the chance I had was blown,
I only wanted to see you again,
to do what I wanted to do for you.
That kiss I never gave,
it haunts me even today,
I only wish I could have done it,
Before I went away.
