It's a secret that you've tried so hard to hide,
Feeings you've kept locked inside,
Everytime you see him it's so hard,
Trying to keep your emotions barred,
outspoken truth isn't a choice,
whenever their near you have no voice,
with which to speak of how you feel,
Not knowing if your feelings are real,
But secretly you fantasise about them,
you have your relationship albeit pretend,
and in your head is where it really thrives,
in your thoughts, you're part of their lives,
You don't know if a relationship is for you,
too scared to find out if they feel for you too,
Whenever you see him though you get butterflies,
And hope that he'll see through your disguise,
and realise that your act is just an act,
hoping that his attention you'll attract,
and that you'll discover he feels the same way,
you've thought so much about that day,
But whenever he's around you just ignore him.
thinking your obvious is making you cringe,
you couldn't bare it if he knows how you feel,
and laughs like you can't be for real
So it's safer that it stays hidden,
to speak of it becomes forbidden,
till the time is right for you to speak up,
When your sure you're brave enough.
