As the moon rises up from its grave
i sit on the porch and watch the moon
i think of you, your smile and laugh
your gentle touch upon my hand
your gentle eyes and the look they give
then i think how and a person like me with a person like you
your beautiful in every way and i am just mere funny
no beauty attached to me
you can get who you want and i can only get squat
then the light of the moon hits my eyes
and i remember all the times we've spent together
laughing and smiling at every little thing
then i start to cry, i know you don't want me
i know you don't need me but i need you
like a mother needs a baby
i need you to be with me
i wiped my face and went in side
in my room
on my bed
a gun lies there
with one bullet
that one bullet contained in the gun
for me to shoot myself
me not to go on without the one i love
i write a letter to you
i place it in the mailbox and go back inside
in my room on my bed
i grab the gun and fire
i shot myself in the chest
3 DAYS LATER
you go to your mailbox and there lies the letter
you open it and read:
dear________, 12/11/05
If you are reading this now then you know of my death. I have shot myself because of love. You must know that you meant the world to me. I also want you to know I have loved you since I met you the first time. And that you did not cause my death. I have caused it not telling you what i felt about you. So now you know you didn't cause me to shoot myself i did cause of love.

now you stand there dumbstruck and not knowing what to do
with puddles running down your face
you fall on your knees and tare the letter up in two
a piece of the paper fell to the floor and read:
